Language & display

Stored on your account, not on this browser.

How the interface reads
Interface language
Applies across the portal, the mobile app and every email we send you — it overrides browser detection.
Calendar
Yours alone. It changes how dates read for you across the portal, the mobile app, your emails and your downloaded reports — and changes nothing for anyone else. Members who have not chosen keep the institution’s setting, marked above.

Notification defaults

Channel defaults for new alerts. Tune individual alerts in Alerts & Subscriptions.

Manage alerts

  • Training & events Occasional invitations to library workshops.

Security

Your second sign-in step, the devices signed in as you, your password, and a copy of your data.

Two-factor authentication

A second step at sign-in protects your saved work and submissions.

Enabled
Authenticator app (TOTP) Enrolled 2 Jan 2026 · last used today Primary factor
Email one-time code fallback Used only when your authenticator is unavailable.
Recovery codes 7 of 10 unused
3 codes have already been spent. Each one works once.

Viewing or regenerating codes asks you to re-enter your second factor first. Regenerating invalidates all previous codes immediately.

Wireframe note: when the tenant enforces MFA at the identity provider, this card collapses to a status line — enrolment, codes and fallback are then managed in the IdP, not here.

Revoked sessions lose access within 60 seconds. Your current session cannot be revoked from here.

Change password

Only for the local credential — your SSO password lives at the university.

At least 12 characters with a number and a symbol. Your last 5 passwords cannot be reused.
Wireframe note: this card renders only when the tenant enables local sign-in and the account holds a local credential. SSO-only accounts never see it — the section is absent, not disabled.
Updating your password signs you out of all other sessions.
