Wireframe note — the field set on this form is a per-tenant schema (Admin → Tenant Settings → Registration), not product markup. Fields can be added, reordered, made optional or removed without a deploy; only email and password are structural. The same screen therefore renders as a three-field form for a public-library tenant and as the eleven-field version shown here for a university — five of them required now, six deferred behind the disclosure, and which tier a field falls into is part of the same schema. Two behaviours are deliberately invisible: registering an already-known address produces the identical on-screen confirmation as a new one, and a tenant with self-registration switched off serves an explanatory notice on this route instead of a 404.
